Methods of research: information-analytical, microbiological, biochemical, physical, biological, mathematical-statistical. The modes of operation of the electronic accelerator, which provide a bactericidal and bacteriostatic effect on the test strains of the reference and circulating microorganisms of different taxonomic groups in the model samples, are determined. The vector and the effect of changes in the biological properties of microorganisms under the influence of the sublethal doses of the flux of relativistic electrons are found. In 20,0-30,0% of cases, the appearance of phenotypic modifications disappeared through 1-3 passages of crops, that is, they were not succession. The ecological safety of electron-beam decontamination of objects has been experimentally confirmed. It was shown that treating with an electron beam in modes from 3.6 to 15 kGy of model antibiotic samples of different groups taken at concentrations from 5.0 to 100 OA / ml led to a decrease in the antibacterial activity of the drugs, and complete neutralization in all samples of samples was achieved at energy loading with absorbing doses of 15.0 kGy and above. On the basis of the results of the performed researches, an effective and radiation-safe method of water purification from antibiotics of different groups was developed without the use of consumables and microbiological methods for monitoring the purification efficiency were determined.
