Purpose: to substantiate the conceptual provisions of the influence of low concentrations of oxygen and electromagnetic waves in the frequency range 61.0 GHz on the formation of metabolites of probiotic strains of lactobacilli, enterococci, their spectrum of action on pathogenic corynebacteria, microbiocenosis and the resistance of the macroorganism to the diphtheria causative agent. Methods of research: microbiological, biochemical, immunological, physical, statistical. Equipment: ultrasonic generator Г3-109, device Densi-La-Meter, microscope "Biolam", stereoscopic microscope МБС-9, analyzer "Erba LisaScanМ EM". Results and their novelty: The first methods of obtaining the metabolites of L. rhamnosus GG and S. boulardii were developed for cultivating producers on their own disintegrates. It is proved that ultrasonic disintegrates of lactobacillus and saccharomyces are not inferior to sugar broth according to their growth characteristics. The expressed antimicrobial and antibiotic properties of the metabolites of saccharomyces and lactobacilli in relation to toxigenic corynebacteria and multiresistant strains of bacteria are established. The highest sensitivity of Corynebacterium spp tox+ to penicillins, carbapenems and glycopeptides under the influence of test substances of lactobacilli and sucrose was shown. The results are implemented in the profile departments and laboratories of universities and research institutes. Scope of application: medical microbiology, biotechnology.
