Research objective: the theoretical research into the principles that should be basic for the modern system of business-processes with regards to sustainable economic development and taking into consideration the world’s experience in this field. Research methods: system approach, dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical method, comparing economic analysis, method of plots. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical approaches to the system of business processes organization are proposed, which contribute to the effective renovation of the complex system of business processes in the enterprise with regards to the sustainable economic development. The factors are crystallized that influence business processes of the modern enterprise; it is shown how the industrial markets features influence the pricing which is the key business process; the theoretical approaches to the definition “business process” are systematized; the modern approaches to the business process modeling are analyzed; the principles of business-process optimization in Ukraine are developed; the existing approaches to the classification of business-processes are systematized; the features of ecological-economic processes are revealed. Novelty: the theoretical and methodological basis as well as recommendations for creating an effective business environment is proposed with regards to the factor of sustainable economic developments.
