Mykiss of the Chernovetsky local herd. Information was obtained on the genetic structure of rainbow trout at the genomic level. A high level of polymorphism at the microsatellite loci OMM 1032, 1077, 1088, STR 15, 60, 73 was revealed. The conducted studies indicate the effectiveness of using selected loci for individual identification and population genetic analysis. All the studied loci turned out to be polymorphic and numbered 28 alleles. According to the indicators of genetic variation (average He and Fis are 0.7332 and -0.1389, respectively), a high level of heterozygosity is noted. The average value of the fixation index (-0.1389) indicates the absence of inbreeding in the studied local herd of rainbow trout. It was shown that six studied DNA markers had a high polymorphism index (the average PIC value is 0.69) for the studied loci and therefore can be useful for monitoring salmon populations. The information obtained with its appropriate assessment and use, along with the classical methods of breeding and breeding, makes it possible to assess the genetic variability of rainbow trout in artificial populations directly by DNA markers, as well as the creation of producer groups with the desired economically valuable characteristics through targeted genetic selection.
