All the investigated loci were highly polymorphic, with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium observed in the study groups, indicating the neutrality of the loci selected for analysis. Increased allelic and genotypic uniformity of the studied carp, apparently due to the relatively high intensity of breeding work with them. The data obtained indicate that the selected loci are the most optimal genetic-biochemical systems for further population studies in order to differentiate carp by origin. An analysis of the genetic structure of populations of white and mottled silver carp with the use of DNA markers was carried out. As a result of polymorphic analysis of loci revealed 183 allelic variants. The average number of amplicons per locus was 42.7. The effective number of alleles per locus ranged from 6.3 to 18.5. The average heterozygosity is 0.669. The lowest actual heterozygosity (H0) value is observed for primer (GAG)6C and is 0.566, and the highest heterozygosity of 0.803 is recorded for primer (AGC)6C. The most expected heterozygosity (Ne) was observed with primer (GAG)6C and was 0.946, the lowest value of expected heterozygosity was with primer (AGC)6G - 0.841. The average value of expected heterozygosity for the four primers was 0.603. For all primers, the expected heterozygosity is greater than the actual. Therefore, the phenomenon of inbreeding is present in this stage. Fis fixation index (population inbreeding ratio relative to population) was calculated. The four primers were dominated by heterozygotes, since the inbreeding coefficient ranged from 0.125-0.402. The average fixation index is 0.249, which also indicates the predominance of heterozygotes over homozygotes in the study population. Product Description popup.authors Belikova Olena Yu.
