The methods used for assessing the quality of cryopreserved sperm and predicting its fertilizing ability determine the prospects for use and can be used for successful and low-cost rearing of young and formation of the uterus flock (Russian sturgeon) under regulated environmental conditions. Conducted studies on the adjustment of the standard method of cryopreservation of sperm of sturgeon species of fish (Russian sturgeon) can be recommended for use both at commercial enterprises of commercial cultivation and at plants for their reproduction.
