The possibility of forming a low carbon structure with combined plastic deformation is established. The dependence of the change mechanical properties on the parameters of structure, texture and phase composition is determined. Mechanical characteristics of hot rolled low- and ultra- low- carbon steels were determined by nanoindentation method, followed by cold deformation sedimentation and KGT. An increase of 2 times the indentation hardness (5.5-6 GPa), a decrease in the modulus of elasticity by 1.5 times (150-190 GPa) and the preservation of satisfactory plasticity (δ = 0.75-0.8), which provides the ability to stamping of the investigated steels in comparison with the hot rolled mill.
