Their proceedings had been published. 8 Collections of articles, 13 monographs also were published. 1 Doctor of Political Science and 11 Candidate of Political Science dissertations have been successfully defended. Main research results are characterized with provable academic topicality and certain innovation, especially with regard to the research of local and regional identities, formation and activity of local and regional political regimes, new ways of authorities and Civic society interaction, some aspects of decentralizing process and local self-government reforms in Ukraine, as well as in Central and Eastern European countries, taking into account peculiarities of Chernivtsi oblast too. Objects of the research is in a situation of dynamic and contradictory development and it requires further studying, analytical approaches and elaboration on their ground prognostic scenarios of the State policy on the international, national and regional levels. Threats which Ukraine faces with since 2014 are of systemic character. They demand a due concentration of financial and human resources of the State in order to apply full-scaled counteraction measures and prevent the most negative consequences of their realization.
