The purpose of the scientific work is to substantiate and develop technological and organizational support for the sustainable functioning of the distribution system of centralized water supply and sewerage. The status of water supply pipelines is analyzed as a comprehensive study. Factors affecting durability and reliability of pipelines and, above all, corrosion processes have been investigated. The work of underground engineering networks in difficult urban environment is analyzed. The results of holding the modified concretes on different cements in 5% sulfuric acid solution for 180 days and in the aggressive environment of the sewer collector were obtained. The results showed that in all samples after 28 days of aging the top mortar layer of concrete was destroyed. Experimental testing of concrete samples with thin layer epoxy-anthracene oil-based "Sika-Poxitar F" and epoxy coating "Penetron Penepoxy 2K". Several formulations of coated concretes have been obtained which have not undergone any destruction during the specified period, which may be recommended for use as protective systems for collectors. An economical and technologically effective technology for elimination of possible local collapses of sewer tunnels has been developed. For the restoration works, a method of punching for the passage of soil blockage using reinforced concrete rings with anti-corrosion coating is proposed. A combined method of collector cleaning has been developed and a new bucket design has been proposed that allows cleaning both individually by a purely mechanical method and with the additional use of a hydraulic method. The factors affecting the efficiency of collector cleaning were investigated and the most significant of them were determined using the expert evaluation method.
