For the first time in a comparative aspect, the technological and artistic-stylistic parameters of motifs and elements in the ornamentation of the ethnographic interior and apparel design, which are solved by means of weaving, embroidery, knitting, weaving, embossing, as well as other types of decorative-applied art, are analyzed. and Lithuanians. The comparative analysis of the artistic and stylistic features of Lithuanian and Ukrainian works showed that due to the acquired technical skills and typological priorities, which the Ukrainian and Lithuanian masters guided in their practices, motifs with geometric and geometrical forms were acquired in the ornamentation of ethnic textiles.
