It was proved that the indexes of intervals of the major phases of DNA separation and the state of cell apoptosis in patients using PPT with thermoplastic bases had no statistically significant difference with respect to the control group. Different variants of CRD designs and methods of their production that have depreciation properties are scientifically substantiated and tested, which ensures a balanced distribution of chewing load on the prosthetic bed and enhances their functional quality and speeds up the adaptation process.
