The aim of the work is the design of selective aminoacid receptors for creation of the chemosensors. Methylsulfidopropyl derivatives of calix[4]arene phosphonic acids were synthesized by sequential substitution on the lower rim, and their complexing properties were investigated by HPLC. Tetraaminothiacalixarene and its amides are synthesized by substitution at the para-position. The composition of obtained compounds was determined by NMR spectroscopy.
