Specific oligonucleotide primers were selected for multiplex reactions using PCR. PCR was tested and mixed infections monitored. Genetic material of viruses (IPNV, IHNV, VHSV, AcIV-E, SVCV, CEV) and bacteria (Aeromonas hydrophila, A. salmonicida, Yersinia ruckeri, Renibacterium salmoninarum, Flavobacterium psychrophila, F. columnare) trout, carp and sturgeon were detected.
