The installation of measuring the thermal conductivity of surface layers using a stationary method for determining the heat flux using a standard is developed. An analysis of the comparative method of measuring thermal conductivity with the creation of a steady-state one-dimensional heat flux in a sample is made. The basic stages of operation of the equipment at connection with the PC and the equipment for determination of thermal conductivity are developed. The equipment for measuring the heat flux was installed and the coefficients of thermal conductivity of ceramic coatings were measured, depending on the methods of their production and heat treatment.
