Power sources for electrotechnological complexes of resistance welding machines with one-phase and three-phase network connection have been developed. The feasibility of the proposed technical solutions was confirmed by conducting experimental studies. The practical significance of the results is to develop methods and systems for controlling the power sources of resistance welding machines that provide high quality welded joints in the presence of external perturbations, as well as circuit solutions and power management systems that meet the standards of electromagnetic compatibility for emission harmonics, provide symmetrical current consumption and have an increased power factor.
