The qubits are based on semiconductor transistors, which at low temperatures behave as quantum dots. The purpose of the project was to solve the following tasks: to study the dynamic interaction of qubits; development of dynamic behavior of superconducting and semiconductor qubits; description of the dynamic excitation of quantum dots and qubits for studying the various aspects of Landau-Zener-Stückelberg-Majorana interferometry in various experiments. The methods of theoretical physics for obtaining analytical and numerical solutions of systems of nonlinear equations have been use. The systems have been described using the Lindblad formalism. Results: 1. a double quantum dot with periodic excitation is theoretically investigated; it is shown that such a system can be described as a quantum capacitance; 2. theoretically investigated a superconducting qubit of the transmon type connected to the transmission line; it is shown that such a system exhibits the effect of averaging over the motion; 3. it was shown that the reflection coefficient in the transmission line with qubit carries information on the state of the qubit and reflects the quantum-interference phenomena in the qubit-transmission line system; 4. it was showed that a strong off-resonant driving signal can be used to introduce a shift of the energy levels of a superconducting qubit.
