The intermediate stages and geometrical parameters of the molecules were established during the formation of AIIBVI films for the systems in which synthesis was performed. The zinc sulphides and selenides metals films of the zinc subgroup were synthesized and their properties were investigated. A method of increasing the adhesion of CdSe films to a glass substrate via forming a solid CdSxSe1-x solution is proposed. A method of CdSxSe1-x (x = 0.24-0.88) films synthesis of cubic modification with the use of Na3C6H5O7 as a complexing reagent and two chalcogenizing reagents - (NH2)2CS and Na2SeSO3 was developed. A method of HgSe films (atomic ratio of Hg:Se = 49.90:50.10) synthesis of cubic modification using Na2S2O3 as a complexing reagent was developed. Solid solutions of CdxZn1-xS, ZnSxSe1-x, CdSxSe1-x, Cd1-xCoxS, CdxHg1-xSe films and binary structures of CdSe/CdS, CdS/CdSe, HgS/ZnS, HgSe/ZnS, HgS/CdS, HgSe/CdS were synthesized. ZnSe films were obtained without forcing to the substrate material which can be separated from the surface. A laboratory sample of the CdS/Si/Al structure was created.
