Methods - in vitro cell culture, confocal scanning microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, spectrofluorometric and biochemical methods, as well as statistical analysis methods. It was established that collagen matrices obtained as a result of cryotropic gelation are biocompatible with human MSCs. Three-dimensional carriers provide cell adhesion, promote their active proliferation and differentiation in osteogenic and adipogenic directions. The possibility of dug effect evaluation inder in vitro conditions with the use of collagen matrices seeded with cells has been proven. Screening of a wide range of mitomycin concentrations revealed the minimal effective and non-toxic dose of the drug for the cells with three-dimensional spatial organization. It was shown that cryopreservation by the method of slow freezing under the protection of 10% DMSO led to the death of more than half of the cells within the scaffold.
