The aim of the project is to create highly efficient hybrid nanocomposites for chemo- and photodynamic therapy on the basis of branched polymers-nanocarriers of different chemical nature, in particular polymeric carriers capable of responding to external stimuli (pH, temperature) will be investigated. Particular attention will be paid to the study of the physicochemical processes that occur in the formation of nanosystems for chemotherapy, which will include nanosized polymers with encapsulated antitumor drugs, such as cisplatin and doxorubicin, and the study of multicomponent nanosystems and gold nanoparticles. Research methods - gel permeation chromatography, IR spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, holographic interferometry method. It has been shown that polymers capable of responding to an external challenge, namely the branched pH-sensitive and heat-sensitive copolymers of Dextran-Polyacrylamide (in anionic form) and Dextran-Poly-N-isopropylacrylamide are promising polymeric nanoplanetoprotein platforms. These polymers have been shown to be able to form complexes with the antitumor drugs Cisplatin and Doxorubicin, the Chlorinic series photosensitizers. Product Description popup.authors Kuziv Yu. I.
