The purpose of the work is to systematize natural and anthropogenic factors for determining the components of water balance of the sub-basin of the Lower Dnieper, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea. The main tasks that will be solved during the implementation of this development are the following: - development of calculated balance schemes of the sub-basin of the Lower Dnieper, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea, corresponding to the new water management zoning of the territory of Ukraine; - calculation of the amount of water resources in the settlement structures that limit water management areas (statistical parameters, provided by the volume of runoff, dynamics of changes in water content) within the sub-basin of the Lower Dnieper, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea; - selection of limiting periods and assessment of their water content for each water part of the sub-basin of the Lower Dnieper, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea; - determination of the components of the balance within each water management section of the Lower Dnieper sub-basin, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea; - providing recommendations on the practical determination of the components of the water management balance of the Lower Dnieper sub-basin, the area of ​​the basin of the Azov rivers and the area of ​​the river basin of the Crimea.
