The subject of the study is numerical modeling of fixtures for machining parts of complex shape. Research methods - the basics of engineering technology, basic provisions of the theory of cutting, finite element method. Fixtures have been developed for machining complex parts, namely forks and connecting rods, capable of adjusting to machining parts in a certain size range. Design and technological classifications of forks and connecting rods that can be used in computer aided design and information retrieval systems are proposed. The developed designs of fixtures are investigated using numerical modeling methods and the magnitudes of stresses, displacements, natural frequencies of oscillations in the machining zones are determined. The numerical simulation results show that the machining errors do not exceed the tolerances for the corresponding dimensions, and the machining will be resonant, that is stable.
