As a result of the research phase, a detailed study of the open source software products ASAP, Orbit, Cytomine and QuPath was carried out. Their features and imaging techniques have been identified, which has determined that QuPath software has the best features for use in the development of an automated cancer diagnosis program. The histological features of benign and malignant breast cancer were analyzed for use in the automatic program diagnostic algorithm. During the reporting period, the mathematical apparatus of the automatic program diagnostic algorithm was developed and further refined. In the period from November 11 to November 26, 2019, within the framework of the implementation of the partner bilateral scientific project (Ukraine-Belarus), a working visit of the performer RA Moskalenko took place. to the Institute of Physiology and the Joint Institute of Informatics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. During the visit, in collaboration with Belarusian specialists, on their experimental basis, complex studies of histological and immunohistochemical samples of breast cancer were conducted, approaches to the development of diagnostic algorithms were analyzed and plans for further work were outlined.
