The aim of the work is (1) to obtain strains of macromycetes that are perspective in biotransformation of the lignocellulosic complex, (2) to optimize cultivation conditions to increase the expression of enzymes. Research methods - physiological, biochemical, morphological, statistical. Investigation of the biodestructive potential of macromycetes requires the selection of highly effective strains promising for biofuel production from plant debris. As a result of screening we identified macromycetes Il-11 Irpex lacteus, Fvv Flammulina velutipes, Pe-1 Pleurotus eryngii, Ps-1 Laetiporus sulphureus, Mg Meripilus giganteus, Sc-51, Sc-51-5 Schizophillum commune that are able to actively synthesize cellulases. We have demonstrated that in these cultures the number of isoforms’ extracellular endo-1,4-β-D-glucanase ranged from one to four, with a molecular weight more than 60 kDa. In cultures of S. commune the number of isoforms was 6 with a molecular weight from 15 to 60 kDa. The Il-11 I. lacteus culture differed from other strains by the synthesis of cellulases in various substraites. The best carbon source had components containing pure cellulose (Avicel and filter paper). An undeniable advantage of Il-11 is its ability to rapidly synthesize cellulases (96 hours) that makes it competitive with commercial strains. The acidity of the substrate at pH 5.0 was most favorable for the expression of cellulases. Non-lignified plant debris were more effectively degraded by the enzyme system of strain Il-11 I. lacteus.
