The theory of magnetization dynamics in ferromagnetic materials with antiparallel spin lattices under the influence of spin-torque has been developed. Intrinsic spin excitations of a skyrmion in a collinear uniaxial antiferromagnet have been investigated both analytically and numerically. Standing spin waves in triangular dots in a perpendicular saturating magnetic field have been experimentally and theoretically studied.
