The aim of work – research of low-cost processes powder metallurgy of manufacturing titanium alloys and obtaining titanium matrix composites in powder state for coatings. For obtaining high-density titanium composites, it is economically feasible to use titanium hydride powders. For receiving the spherical powders of titanium matrix composite, the optimal fraction of TiH2 <50 with an average particle size of 10 μm. Centrifugal plasma spraying allows receive titanium matrix powders with spherical shape and a wide particle size distribution and require a thermal treatment for reduce admixtures. Obtained by plasma spheroidization titanium powders with an average size of 10-25 microns are the least contaminated impurities. Electron beam processing produces lead to the formation of the uniformly distributed boride inclusions in the volume of a titanium matrix with physical and mechanical characteristics at the level of industrial titanium alloys.
