The regularities of polymerization, the structure and properties of the synthesized composite polymers are investigated. The developed materials are characterized by antibacterial, antifungal, high physical and mechanical, thermophysical properties, sorption ability. Due to their unique properties, they can be used to treat trophic ulcers, burn and postoperative wounds. The mathematical planning of the experiment was carried out in order to establish optimal synthesis modes for silver-filled polyvinylpyrrolidone copolymers. An effective method has been developed for the formation of high-quality film products acceptable for use as medical dressings.
