These proteins were used to construct possible functional groups of partner proteins by using Cytoscape and Mapofthecell software. It is shown that almost all partners, jointly identified by the two programs, are RNA-binding. Two major functions of identified RNA-binding proteins have been identified, namely, pre-mRNA splicing and mRNA stability regulation. It is shown that the vast majority of identified proteins of eEF1Bγ partners in the nuclear fraction are cancer-related. The findings allow us to suggest eEF1Bγ and some partner proteins as targets for anti-targeted cancer therapy. Another function of eEF1Bγ and its partners may be associated with virus multiplication. It is also very important that a large number of eEF1Bγ partners in the nuclear fraction are associated with neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, intellectual disorders). At present, the participation of nuclear eEF1Bγ in the development of these diseases cannot be ruled out, which may be a promising area for further research.
