Preparative methods for obtaining functionalized 1,3-oxazoles decorated with alkyl substituents have been found. A convenient approach was developed and the synthesis conditions for the alkyl substituted 2-, 4- and 5-bromoxazoles were optimized. The obtained products were successfully introduced into the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction under parallel synthesis conditions. The reactions of [3 + 2] cycloaddition of a chloroxime containing a protected amino group with push-pull-enamines, vinylphosphonates and cyanophosphonates have been investigated. Development and preparatory approaches to fused imidazo[1,5-a]quinoxalines, 2,5-dihydroimidazo[4,5-e][1,2,3]thiadiazine 1,1-dioxides, 2,5-dihydroimidazo[4,5-e][1,2,3]thiadiazine 1,1-dioxides, 2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole-5-ones, pyrano[3,4-c]pyrazole-7(2H)-ones, 8H-pyrazolo[5',1':3,4]pyrazino[2,1-b]quinazoline-8-ones and annelated imidazo[4,5-b]pyridines. Methods of synthesis of trihalogenomethyl-containing pyridines, hydrogenated pyridines, azanorbornenes, pyrimidines, 4H-1,2,4-thiadiazine and 2H-1,2,6-thiadiazine-1,1-dioxides have been optimized.
