Al, W and C (5-100 nm) deposited onto liquid surfaces of organic matterials (castor oil, vacuum diffusion oil) and molten metal surfaces (In, Sn) were investigated. The properties of barrier non-metallic alumina and carbon nanofilms deposited onto the surface of copper and steel are investigated in order to prevent uncontrolled flow of solder materials. The kinetics of dispersion during annealing in vacuum of Cr, Ni, Mo, Ti, Zr and double metal films Ni-Cr, Ni-Ag, Cr-Cu, Cr-Ag, Nb-Ni, Nb-Cu, Nb-Pd, Hf -Cu, Hf-Pd deposited onto non-metallic materials (oxides) were investigated. On the basis of the obtained data, 9 technologies of soldering and pressure welding of parts made of oxide materials, metallized by the above metals by solders based on Ag, Cu, Ni, have been developed and as result minimum thickness of solder seams (2,5 mcm) have been achieving .
