The third transgenic generation was obtained. • Transgenes were detected as results of PCR analyses. • Т3/RNAiCsААЕ15/16/4 line was found to be homozygous and perspective for further hybridization. • Increase in capric С10:0 acid content was confirmed in seed oil of transgenic lines of the third generation up to 4% as compared to the control.
