Object of study - transient hydraulic processes in the fed system of the multi-stage propulsion system and the liquid-reactive control system of the upper stage of the "Cyclone-4M"launch vehicle. The purpose of the work is to determine the parameters of the transients in the propellant lines of the main engine (ME) with multiple start-ups and liquid-jet control system the movement of the upper stage of the rocket launcher "Cyclone-4M" taking into account the influence of ME on the operation of the liquid-jet control system due to the unification of feed lines of propulsion system to a single hydraulic system. Research methods: finite element method, method of characteristics. A nonlinear mathematical model of the dynamics of the liquid rocket engine RD861K and its fed system has been developed includes the feed lines of the upper degree orientation and the stabilization of the liquid propellant position in the tanks at the passive period of the upper stage of the liquid-jet control system of "Cyclone-4M". Numerical study of transients in the systems of the engine system at its start-ups and shutdowns is carried out. Refined software required for numerical calculation of hydraulic processes in propellant lines of control units is presented, taking into account processes in electrically controlled propellant valves and gas-dynamic processes in combustion chambers of control units in the presence of perturbations from the work of ME. The mathematical models and the calculated results obtained were verified on the bench test.
