(Galindez Island, Antarctica) genera Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Umezawaea, Kribbella and Micrococcus were identified. The studied strains are able to delay the growth of a wide range of pathogens: MRSA, multidrug-resistant strains of gram-negative bacteria and fungi. 3 potential producers of anti-TB antibiotics pamamycins and 5 potential producers of cell wall active antibiotics were identified using biosensors. In the genomes of studied actinomycetes biosynthetic genes of PKS I, PKS II and NRPS were detected using PCR-screening. The 26 most promising actinomycetes cultures were selected to evaluate their chemical structure of the synthesized BACs. The most optimal nutrient media for BACs synthesis are determined by: solid SG and ISP2; liquid Um1, DNPM and NL19. HPLC-MS analysis of secondary metabolites of isolate Umezawaea sp. Da 62-2, which grew in different production media, identified antimalarial compounds phloeodictyne C1 and C2. These compounds were isolated only from the haploscleridas sponges. Potentially new two compounds of mass m/z 242,2480 [M+H]+ and m/z 398,3420 [M+H]+ were also found. The strain of Umezawaea sp. Da 62-2 was deposited in the State depositary of Danylo Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology NAS of Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors Bilyk Bohdan R. Leshchynska Oksana M.
