Kholodny Institute of Botany, NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The presence of endolichenic fungi was for the first time established in the genera Thelebolus, Antarctomyces and Pseudogymnoascus of the family Thelobolaceae, and in the genus Epithamnolia of the order Lichinodiales of the Leociomycetes based on the results of molecular phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA, and the genes encoding the proteins. Based on the results of molecular phylogenetic analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA, a special revision of the morphological, anatomical, and biochemical features of the lichen family ramalinaceae, three new for the genera Coppinsidea, Vandenboomia, and Wolseleyidea were described, and it was also proposed to restore the generic status of the genera Ivanpisutia, Lecaniella, and Myrionora. The new genus Loekoeslaszloa, including East Asian species, is described based on the results of molecular phylogenetic analysis of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA, a special revision of the morphological, anatomical, and biochemical characteristics of lichens of the subfamily Caloplacoideae of the family Teloschistaceae. 22 new to science species of lichens are described (in particular: 20 species from South Korea and 2 species from Japan). 55 new nomenclature combinations of the lichen names of the genera of the families Ramalinaceae and Teloschistaceae are proposed.   Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
