The purpose of the work is to develop a decision-making system for the choice of strategy for solving the problem of stabilization of computerized information-measuring and distributed systems, to study the state and to develop a complex of methods and algorithms for solving problems of management and data protection to improve the accuracy and speed of detection of malicious software without loss of performance. Research Methods - Theoretical research and methodologies for solving decision-making problems in computer-aided measurement and distributed systems are based on the following research methods: cluster analysis, neural networks, and Bayes method for fuzzy input. The analysis of methods for assessing the performance of computer systems is performed. The software model of the device was developed based on the ART-1 neural network, cluster analysis and probabilistic automaton. For the first time, clustering methods for fuzzy source data have been adapted, developed and implemented. The theoretical questions and methods of analysis of computerized information-measuring and distributed systems developed during the research will allow to increase the efficiency of the company's activity within the framework of protection of its work from unauthorized access.
