The integral parameters are determined and the composition of steels of type 01YUT, 01YUT is optimized by the method of physical and chemical modeling. The parameters of refining of steel types 01YUT, 01YUTA have been developed and refined. The effect of combined plastic deformation on the formation of structure, grain size, dislocation density, microtension of hot-rolled ultra-low carbon steels 01YUTA, 01YUT has been investigated. Rational modes of intensive plastic deformation (IAP) are proposed to improve the properties of ultra-low carbon steels (UNVS) and to obtain high-quality especially thin-sheet rolled steel capable of deep drawing. To obtain a uniform fine-grained structure of hot-rolled ultra-low carbon steels, a method of longitudinal rolling on a smooth barrel with the introduction of a shear deformation process has been developed. The method of nanoindentation obtained the dependence of the strength and ductility characteristics of hot-rolled UNVS on the parameters of the IAP. It is established that the best durability and ductility indices of the investigated UNVS are provided by intensive plastic deformation by hydrostatic pressure (KGT) torsion at 5 revolutions and 310 kg / cm2 pressure.
