The subject of the study is the manifestation of the dynamic properties of the lattice and the structural features of the studied samples in Raman and photoluminescent spectra of quaternary metal chalcogenides of different chemical and component composition, structure type and perfection. General Purpose - To establish, on the basis of a complex experimental and theoretical study of the physical properties of quaternary semiconductor compounds of metal chalcogenides, in the form of bulk and nanoscale crystals, the features of phonon spectra and their restructuring depending on the change of the component composition of the studied charge, where they exist, nanocrystal sizes, film deposition conditions, and post-synthesis treatment. Research Methods - Raman spectroscopy was used as the main research method. In addition, all the results obtained by Raman light scattering were confirmed and supplemented by photoluminescence studies, X-ray photo spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and TEM.
