It is proposed to create intelligent models of these systems, with the maximum integration of knowledge-oriented systems and information technologies, which allow to organize the interaction of the component that connects to the system from existing Cloud services and / or plugin libraries The basis of the methodology is the repeated use of the knowledge base (КB) and information arrays that represent information about technical systems at different stages of their life cycle. An additional purpose of applying the ontological approach is to support the process of collaborative design and use of systems when colleagues communicate with each other over the network using a common ontology.
