Experimental studies of the Institute of Electric Welding of NAS of Ukraine are taken into account. The experience of specific technical condition of blades in current and major repairs at Ukrainian NPPs was used. Possibilities of reduction of concentration coefficients of vibration stresses at various means of repair are shown. Numerous studies of the effect of repair in the areas of damage on the vibration level of individual blades and impellers have been performed. Measures have been developed to determine the resource for safe operation of blades in conditions of wet steam erosion in order to extend their operation.
