The purpose of this work is to find out the behavior of the newest Cu-Cr composites, namely: their erosion properties as a result of the action of plasma arc discharge over a wide current range up to 5 kA. Research Methods - Optical emission spectroscopy. The paper investigates the parameters of plasma arc discharge in the atmosphere of the atmosphere and in the argon flow between composite Cu-Cr electrodes. Radial temperature distribution and electron concentration are determined by optical emission spectroscopy. The content of vapors of metals of electrode origin in the discharge was calculated on the basis of the experimentally obtained pre-determined plasma parameters under the assumption of LTR. In this way, the erosion properties of composite Cu-Cr materials were investigated. Product Description popup.authors Ivanisik Anatoliy I. Boretskij Viacheslav F. Veklych Anatoliy M. Kleschych M. I.
