The complex of sol-gel synthesis and hydrolysis process used for established technological conditions in the formation of nanoscale mesoporous β-FeOOH systems of a given phase composition and morphology. Mechanisms of structural transformations of γ-FeOOH → Fe2O3 is considered. A model of impact of the molarity on the mesoporosity of β-FeOOH is proposed. It is installed that the electrically conductive properties of the synthesized FeOOH systems distinguish the perforation diffusion of electrons by the defective structure and the embedded impurity of the conductor group support. The use of composite compounds of synthesized iron hydroxides with carbon material improves performance and morphological parameters. Application of FeOOH composites / carbon material as the active component of the Faraday electrode of prototypes of hybrid electrochemical supercapacitors achieved specific capacity at the level of 107 F / g.
