Therefore, the search for new biologically active substances among sulfur- and nitrogen-containing heterocycles and their modification by various functional groups still remains a promising area of research for chemists engaged in the search for leader compounds. New derivatives of sulfur and nitrogene-containing heterocyclic compounds were determined as the object of the study. The purpose of the study is to synthesize new derivatives of sulfuro- and nitrogen-containing heterocycles and to study them as pharmacologically active compounds and additives to oils. Research methods are organic synthesis, physicochemical methods of analysis of synthesized substances (NMR spectroscopy on 1H and 13C nuclei, chromatographic mass spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography), pharmacological screening, comparative, statistical methods of data processing. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. New derivatives of sulfuro- and nitrogen-containing heterocycles containing imidazole, oxazole, tetrazole, pyrroloimidazole, isooxazole, triazine, triazolothiadiazine, thiazolopyridazinone cycles have been synthesized.
