The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for safe work at reducing the isolated space, restoring the normal ventilation mode and creating safe working conditions in the mining workings of unit 7 of the PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». Research methods – generalization and analysis of results, methods of mat. statistics, calculations by standard methods. As a result of the work, the measures for the elimination of the accident in the workings of the excavation section 2 of the southern lava of block 7 of PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske» were analyzed. Developed "Recommendations for reducing the volume of isolated space emergency area 2 south bench unit 7 layer d4 PJSC «Mine Management «Pokrovske». It was agreed to decouple isolated workings with the help of VMP and reduce the amount of isolated space. It is recommended to carry out the two-step unbundling in a certain sequence, provided the developed recommendations are fulfilled.
