It is supposed the creation of a structural-functional model of conditions for socialization, adaptation, personal growth of young people in the conditions of transformation of modern society, as well as tools for empirical model testing. Overall the studying of psychological features of personality development in conditions of modern societal transformation is supposed, in particular determination of psychological features of the development of the personality`s semantic sphere, which resides in the informal subculture environment. The study will be aimed at the determination of features of age and gender differences of young people who live in different subcultures. The psychological correction program of the personality semantic sphere, who is in the informal subculture environment will be developed and tested. The implantation of new technologies of psychological support of the development of the environmentally friendly environment, socialization and adaptation of the personality in the conditions of modern society transformation is planned.
