The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical bases for the operation of devices for generating, detecting and processing electromagnetic signals of the terahertz frequency range on the basis of antiferromagnetic spintron nanostructures and their arrays; research of processes of generation, detection and transformation of electromagnetic signals of the terahertz frequency range in antiferromagnetic spintron nanostructures, processes of interaction of such nanostructures, their synchronization with each other and / or with an external signal, study of features of different modes of their operation; analysis of the feasibility of using the aforementioned effects and proposed devices for the development of elements of advanced general-purpose and dual-purpose systems with improved characteristics operating in the terahertz frequency range, in particular terahertz scanners for control and security purposes, ultrafast logic circuits for neuromorphic computations, high-speed analyzers, medical diagnostics and the like. Research methods - analytical and numerical calculations in packages Mathematica, Matlab, technique of broadband ferromagnetic resonance (FMR), methods of excitation of different types of magnetostatic and dipole-exchange spin waves in magnetic films, method of parametric excitation of spin waves in parallel. Results of the study - A signal generator of the terahertz frequency range based on several synchronized Hall antiferromagnetic spin oscillators (COX) is proposed and it is shown that in such a generator it is possible to achieve a noticeable increase in the output power.
