Design schemes for the implementation of these approaches for the construction of modules of the Lunar Industrial Research Base using modern artificial and local space-based materials are proposed. The researches of possibilities of rational choice of structural materials of extraterrestrial structures are carried out, aimed at using practically confirmed and own results of determination of their physical and mechanical characteristics and thermal conditions of use in outer space conditions. Means of modification of thermo-optical characteristics of surfaces of structural elements of extraterrestrial structures in relation to the tasks of realization of the parameters of their passive protection against the influence of factors of influence of outer space have been identified and investigated.
