The electrochemical deposition of nanostructures of metals and bimetals on the surface of glassy graphite (platinum, platinum-gold, palladium-nickel) and silicon (palladium, gold) in the medium of organic aprotic solvents was investigated to establish the conditions for the controlled formation of nanoparticle geometry.
