The subject of the study - the accuracy and quality of the holes in the stacks, cutting temperature, axial force, vibration movement of the workpiece. The purpose of the research work was to develop the scientific basis for providing dimensional accuracy, precision of the shape of holes and roughness in CFRP fiber / titanium alloy stacks when drilling with carbide tool. As a result of R&D, was developed an experimental setup to investigate the effect of cutting parameters on axial force, cutting temperature, and vibration acceleration during drilling of a CFRP / titanium alloy stacks in terms of their effect on the dimensional accuracy of the holes in the stack. As a result of the processing of the experimental data, we obtained approximating the dependence of the cutting temperature, axial force, vibration displacement and dimensional accuracy in the holes of the CFRP / titanium alloy stacks, which makes it possible to quickly and accurately determine the accuracy and quality of the holes if necessary to change technological conditions in the manufacturing.
