Synthesis methods (solid-state reactions, sol-gel) of Li-conductive material Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 (LATP) were developed, and the material structure and phase transformations have been studyed. Solid-state reactions technique developed can be used to produce large quantities of LATP. Methods for preparation of LATP from solutions (sol-gel, microemulsion) have been developed; this methods, unlike solid-phase synthesis, allow modification of the materials and creation of core/shell structures. Modification of commercial cathode material NMC 523 has been shown to improve its performance during prolonged cyclization. It has been demonstrated that LATP-based ceramics can be used as solid electrolytes for solid-state batteries. It has been shown that deposition of solid-state electrolyte Li1.3Ti1.7Al0.3(PO4)3 on the cathode material LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 can significantly improve the stability of the electrical characteristics of lithium-ion batteries during prolonged cycling and also reduce the transient resistance material and electrolyte in solid-state batteries. Based on the synthesized material, ceramic and film samples were obtained and their electrical and chemical properties were investigated.
