As a result of the research work, the methodical recommendations for the implementation of the training and training process of students and students of higher educational institutions of the DSNS of Ukraine have been developed and established. Application of results of work will increase the effectiveness of the training and training process for the physical training of students and students in higher educational institutions of the DSNU of Ukraine. The results of the research work were used during physical training sessions with the alternate and permanent members of the NCDU of Ukraine.
