The object of research are methods of automation of technological processes of chemical production. The purpose of the work is the creation of a software and hardware complex for monitoring, optimizing and controlling the technological process for the extraction of dry magnesium chloride (bischofite) by evaporation from an aqueous solution. Automation of the complete process chain significantly reduces the cost of storage and transportation of the finished product. The system of control, optimization, and process control created as a result of this project allows to increase the energy and resource efficiency of the process, as well as reduce the accident rate. As a result of the introduction of an automated process control system, it was possible to reduce energy consumption and reduce the risks of accidental release of harmful substances into the external environment. To achieve the project goal, the following were created: - terms of reference for the creation of a software and hardware complex for managing the bischofite dehydration process; - an algorithm for monitoring and controlling the bischofite dehydration process; - a software and hardware complex for managing the bischofite dehydration process; - scientific and technical report.
